Claudia Schiffer
As one of the biggest names in fashion and beauty, Claudia Schiffer was one of the supermodels of 1990s.
Discovered in a Hamburg disco at the age of 17, she was the face of the Guess? Jeans campaigns of the early 90s, making her name and receiving global acclaim in the process.
On the back of this success, she was chosen by Chanel’s Creative Director, Karl Lagerfeld, to be the face of the brand, and as his muse, she became one of the most beautiful and recognised faces in the world.
As a result of her commercial success, she has been photographed by some of the world’s leading photographers, and has featured on the cover of over 1000 magazine covers – a world record.
During her career, she has been the face of campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Chanel, Ferragamo, Dolce & Gabbana, YSL, Alberta Ferretti and L’Oreal, as well as others. She was one of first supermodels to front some multi-million dollar campaigns.
Schiffer is currently developing her own brand, having founded her own fashion line, and is a key force behind its creative direction.
Claudia has won GQ’s 2020 “Woman of the Year Award”.
