Holly Branson is the Chief Purpose and Vision Officer on the Virgin leadership team, Chair of Virgin Unite, and Founder and Trustee of Big Change.

Holly is the eldest child of Richard and Joan Branson. After achieving her dream of qualifying as a doctor, she joined the Virgin Group’s leadership team in 2008. Holly is currently Virgin’s Chief Purpose and Vision Officer, Chair of Virgin Unite, and Founder and Trustee of Big Change. She dedicates her time developing Virgin’s (and her own) vision of radical collaboration, thriving communities and a healthy planet.

Holly was behind Virgin Management and spearheads an important campaign –  Virgin StartUp signing up to support to the Better Business Act, calling for a crucial change to Company Law that will ensure that all businesses in the UK, have a legal obligation to do the right thing for their people, the communities they serve and our wonderful planet.
