Isaac Kenyon is a leader in the realm of outdoor adventure, sustainability, and mental health. With an impressive list of achievements, he has become one of the youngest eco-adventurers to break endurance world records and establish himself as an international keynote speaker and team-building expert. His dedication to his craft has earned him recognition as a gifted science communicator, as well as fellowships with esteemed organisations such as the Royal Geographical Society of London and the Geological Society of London. Additionally, Isaac serves as a trustee chair for MIND, a prominent mental health charity. As a sustainability leader, Isaac holds the position of CEO and co-founder of Climate Explorers, a community interest company that aims to inspire action by sharing climate solutions.
Isaac’s primary speaking focus revolves around building high-performing teams. His presentations emphasise the significance of relationship building, effective communication, finding a common goal, thorough preparation, resilience developed through adversity, and adapting to change. Isaac stands out by not only assembling teams to overcome extreme challenges in the harshest environments but also by ensuring that the expeditions are fully funded through sponsorships and charitable contributions. He has the ability to connect with audiences on a personal level, particularly early career starters in companies. Being under 30, he brings a relatable perspective to his international keynote speeches, having actively lived the experiences he speaks about.
Isaac also covers mental health topics, specifically in improving productivity through a mental health-focused culture. Isaac has lived experience with mental health and shares compelling personal stories of overcoming mental health battles. His experience as a trustee for MIND mental health charity and education in the field, is also beneficial for audiences. Isaac has used a TED talk to share how nature-based activities and regular exercise are vital for good mental health and strives to create a platform which encourages a healthy lifestyle balance by reconnecting with nature and learning through the challenge.
In 2021, Isaac co-founded Climate Explorers CIC, a pending B Corporation. This purpose-driven organisation strives to inspire and equip individuals with the tools necessary for environmentally friendly behaviour change, while also sharing innovative climate solutions. Isaac’s role as CEO and founder has provided him with valuable insights into sustainability leadership.
Isaac pursues extraordinarily difficult environments for the purpose of growth, by pushing his limits in discomfort and is an expert in not only securing sponsorship for expeditions and raising millions for charity but assembling high-performance teams to overcome adverse challenges. Notable achievements include completing a relay swim across the English Channel without a wetsuit, scaling Mount Kilimanjaro in just four days while battling altitude sickness, breaking world and British records for the longest solo continual indoor rowing machine row (83 hours without sleep), and rowing across the treacherous Atlantic Ocean in 40 days amidst dangerous storms and harsh seas. Isaac is recognised as the first person to cycle from Orkney to the Isles of Scilly over both land and sea in just 14 days. Furthermore, he achieved a remarkable feat by running 218km continuously over four days, connecting the three highest peaks in North, Mid, and South Wales—Mount Snowdon, Cadir Idris, and Pen-y-Fan.
“I had the pleasure of hearing Isaac recount his experience in different forums, to different audiences. He was part of a team that spoke with our management and staff and members of Swiss Re's management, and each time he connected with the audience leaving them inspired and desirous of challenging themselves. Isaac is full of energy and passion and cares about humanity. All of this comes through in his actions and presentations. It was a pleasure both to see and hear Isaac present as well as share the stage with him. He is very engaging, articulate, and entertaining.”

“I invited Isaac to come to talk to my team at a team building/thought leadership event we were running internally, to inspire the team and challenge their thinking. The talk delivered was exceptional and was thoroughly enjoyed by the team, who found Isaac's stories to be remarkable. As a high-performance team, this galvanised our efforts and captured our imaginations, with real impact into our offerings and service to our clients. I cannot recommend Isaac highly enough and look forward to inviting him to speak again at future events.”

“Isaac was a keynote speaker at the East of England Mental Health in Sport & Physical Activity Conference that we organised. The conference was aimed at professionals and volunteers from across various sectors, seeking to share learning as to how sport and physical activity can be used to benefit people’s mental health. Isaac’s story was very much in fitting with this theme, adding good value to the event. It was great to hear Isaac draw on his own experience of managing his mental health and the positive impact being active, particularly when immersed in nature has had on this. Hearing about the amazing feats Isaac has achieved and the challenges he has completed was truly inspiring. Yet, all members of the audience could apply and benefit from elements of his mindset themselves, even if not planning on completing any world record attempts any time soon! It was a pleasure to have Isaac present at our conference and we hope to work with him again in the future.“
– Tom Horey - Project Officer for Health The Herts Sports and Physical Activity Partnership
“Isaac is brilliant, ambitious, fearless, and well accomplished. What makes Isaac one of the best motivational figures that I have come to know, is his ability to persevere, overcome and achieve an end goal no matter the sacrifices involved. He exudes these aspects of his personality through his ability to be influential in the lives of others, including mine.”
