Laura now speaks openly about how she’s learnt to manage her mental health in the workplace, and shares tips for thriving in a fast paced and challenging environment.
She uses her extensive knowledge within broadcasting to remove the stigma of mental illness in the workplace, and to encourage leaders to realise the financial and moral benefits of putting wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. Laura shares why prioritising employee wellbeing is not only right thing to do, but it has a direct impact on our productivity and profitability in companies. She delivers bespoke workshops to companies developing confidence and identity from within.
