As a wildlife filmmaker and self-confessed thrill seeker, Patrick Aryee – a Brit of Ghanaian heritage – has always had a fascination for how things work.
As an internationally recognised wildlife tv presenter he’s spent over a decade working with major broadcasters, including National Geographic, Sky Nature, and the BBC. His drive comes from the adversities faced as a young boy which he now uses as fuel to inspire us, just as he was inspired many years ago by nature & science documentaries.
His adventures around the globe have gifted many of us with the most spectacular animal encounters. From witnessing the raw power of fearsome big cat predators; reality-defying super senses of night-time hunters; to swimming alongside mysterious giants of the deep blue.
Patrick says of his career that “TV is just the tip of the iceberg”. He’s working to develop projects that bring us closer to wildlife & conservation content than ever before. For the podcast lovers of you out there you can download his biomimicry series ‘30 Animals That Made Us Smarter’ which is available on all digital platforms. Watch this space!
